Mutual fund portfolio

How would an ideal Mutual fund portfolio look like, if it had to encompass all asset classes like, debt, equity, gold etc… Can anyone build one here.

  3. It will not be fair to make model mutual fund portfolio without understanding age, purpose, risk-appetite, existing portfolio etc. of investor. The basic rule is to divide money in different asset class like equity, debt, Gold etc. I suggest you to sit with good financial planner, understand the plans, ask him the reasons which he is suggesting, discuss those doubts with him or here in this forum and take decision.
